What you will do

• Manage and execute server patching processes for on-prem and cloud servers.
• Administer Active Directory (AD) including user account management and security configurations.
• Oversee Office 365 (O365) environment for user management and troubleshooting.
• Provide Level 2 (L2) troubleshooting for server-related issues.
• Monitor server performance and implement backup and recovery solutions.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations and collaborate with IT teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in server administration and IT infrastructure management.
• Strong expertise in server patching, Active Directory management, and Office 365 administration.
• Hands-on experience with VMware environments and endpoint monitoring tools.
