What you will do

• Manage and mentor a team of 4–6 engineers.
• Architect and scale cloud-native solutions using AWS.
• Design and maintain data pipelines and transformations using Snowflake.
• Implement DevOps best practices using Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to modernize legacy systems.
• Define and execute long-term data strategy.

Requirements

• 15+ years in software or data engineering, including 5+ in leadership roles.
• Proven architecture experience in AWS and Snowflake.
• Deep understanding of modern data architecture and ELT/ETL pipelines.
• Hands-on expertise with Terraform, Docker, and CI/CD tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
