What you will do

• Retouch and process high-resolution product images ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Apply graphic overlays and annotations following style guides for brand consistency.
• Maintain organized, shareable files with proper layer structure and naming conventions.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and designers to deliver visuals for global publication.
• Troubleshoot production challenges and improve workflows and processes.
• Ensure visual assets meet technical and aesthetic standards supporting responsive design and accessibility.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Austin, TX, USA.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial photo retouching in a high-volume environment.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and strong knowledge of Illustrator and Creative Suite.
• Proven ability to deliver accurate, high-quality retouching and collaborate effectively with creative teams.
