What you will do

• Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights and trends.
• Build, test, and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
• Communicate data-driven findings clearly to stakeholders and non-technical teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and design.
• Design and conduct experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize outcomes.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Seattle, WA, United States
• English: B2 level or higher
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in data science or related analytical role.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages.
• Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and statistical modeling.

Nice to have

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Familiarity with big data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
