What you will do

• Design and implement AI agent features with advanced context management techniques.
• Integrate and evaluate multiple LLM providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
• Enable AI agents to safely call external tools and APIs, orchestrating multi-step workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers and product managers to embed AI capabilities into production.
• Continuously improve AI systems by experimenting with novel NLP and LLM techniques and evaluating performance.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript as the primary programming language.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
• Solid software engineering skills for building production-ready systems.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills for collaboration.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with DSPy framework for modular AI systems.
• Machine learning background and experience with model evaluation.
• Open source AI/ML contributions.
• Research experience implementing AI/ML techniques from papers.
