• Lead and drive the end-to-end hardware development process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on requirements and resolve challenges.
• Manage external vendors for component selection and manufacturing.
• Own the program schedule and budget, ensuring targets are met.
• Identify and mitigate risks in hardware development.
• Provide clear communication to stakeholders and deliver program updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in hardware program management.
• Demonstrated success in delivering hardware products.
• Experience managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Advanced degrees.
• Experience with overseas manufacturing.
• Exposure to miniaturized wearables or IoT devices.
• Technical expertise in low-power sensors and battery-optimized devices.
