What you will do

• Develop and own full-stack application features, focusing on third-party integrations and desktop/Chrome extension apps.
• Contribute to scalable, multi-region services supporting high asynchronous job volumes.
• Collaborate closely with backend, infrastructure, and customer support teams to enhance customer experience.
• Participate in multi-stage rollouts to ensure correctness and efficiency of changes.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the engineering team.

Requirements

• Fully remote work setup with strong English communication skills (B2+).
• Experience with Ruby/Rails, Typescript, MySQL, Redis, Electron, and cloud platforms like GCP/GKE.
• Background in SaaS or PaaS environments handling large-scale asynchronous workloads.
• Strong problem-solving skills, resilience, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Curiosity-driven mindset with pragmatic focus on delivering results.
