What you will do

• Contribute to and improve existing scalable backend services running in multiple regions.
• Analyze service cost models and suggest operational efficiency improvements.
• Lead development of new services such as Kubernetes operators and cloud storage caching layers.
• Participate in technology evaluations and architecture evolution discussions.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application engineers to enhance scalability and reliability.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Kubernetes and Go, including garbage collection and profiling.
• Experience with GCP/GKE, Linux, Docker, Ruby/Rails, Redis, and ffmpeg.
• Background in SaaS or PaaS environments at scale with hundreds of millions of async jobs per week.
• Strong English skills (B2 or higher) and ability to work fully remote.

• Experience with Cgo and video streaming at scale.
