What you will do

• Own the e-commerce P&L and set the digital commercial strategy
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across CRO, CRM, Performance Marketing, Merchandising, and Analytics
• Drive conversion optimisation, experimentation, and UX improvements
• Build and lead a high-performing E-commerce team
• Analyse funnel data and translate them into actions
• Develop playbooks for international expansion

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce leadership
• Strong track record improving conversion and revenue in D2C environments
• Deep experience with Shopify or similar platforms
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
