What you will do
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable systems following industry best practices and design patterns.
- Identify, design, and implement performance optimizations for data pipelines and processing workflows.
- Automate processes and controls within risk management.
- Continuously deploy code changes to refine risk management.
- Liaise with commercial teams to act based on the outputs of risk models.
Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience in Software Development, DevOps, and CI/CD, preferably within Top brokers, Investment Banks or Hedge Funds.
- Proficiency in system design, architecture, and SDLC principles.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL is required.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with real-time data processing, distributed systems, and monitoring.
- Familiarity with Python libraries: Pandas, Polars, Numpy, Numba, Scipy.
- Broad understanding of market data, pricing, and risk across several asset classes.
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Software Engineering, Financial Engineering, Mathematics, or a numerical discipline.
