• Represent hirify.global in industry forums and customer briefings.
• Establish engineering best practices and foster a high-performance culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Fifteen or more years of software or systems engineering experience.
• Proven record delivering production Generative AI and MLOps in regulated environments.
• Expertise in architecting GenAI solutions in cloud environments.
• Fluency across the DevSecOps toolchain.
• Hands-on development proficiency in modern programming languages.
