What you will do

• Define and drive the technical roadmap for the Order Management domain ensuring scalability and uptime
• Lead and coach the development team fostering quality and innovation
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Stay hands-on with JavaScript, Node.js, and MySQL development ensuring code quality
• Promote Agile and DevOps best practices to improve delivery and reliability

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work model with office presence in Venlo or Utrecht, Netherlands
• Minimum 5 years development or tech lead experience including 2–3 years in e-commerce
• Technical skills in JavaScript, Node.js, and MySQL
• Experience with Agile frameworks and modern DevOps practices
• Confident communicator able to lead and coach teams
• Willingness to travel internationally approximately 3 times per year
