What you will do

• Administer and configure liquidity hubs such as OneZero, PrimeXM, Centroid, and FXCubic to ensure uptime and performance.
• Manage client onboarding via FIX, MT4/MT5, and give-up connectors.
• Monitor client operations, route profiles, and risk parameters.
• Handle incident setup, recovery, and escalation procedures.
• Perform account reconciliation and resolve compensation cases.
• Provide real-time monitoring and incident management during night shifts.

Requirements

• Must have 2+ years experience as System Administrator or L2 Support Engineer.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Proven experience with FIX protocol, MT4/MT5, give-up connectors, and network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, traceroute, telnet).
• Ability to work independently during night shifts (17:00–05:00 GMT).
• Experience handling compensation cases and emergency escalation procedures.

Nice to have

• Experience with monitoring systems like Zabbix.
• Familiarity with REST API, RabbitMQ, and MySQL for reporting and reconciliation.
• Experience with API conformance testing and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
