What you will do
- Communicate with B2B clients via Front APP and assist in finding optimal business solutions.
- Work with REST API to resolve integration-related requests.
- Analyze situations and build logical problem-solving chains.
- Maintain professionalism and calmness in challenging conversations.
- Meet KPIs including fast response times and high customer satisfaction rates.
Requirements
- English: B2+ level required (written and spoken)
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or client management.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Resilience and ability to remain friendly under pressure.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B service.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs.
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing principles and market specifics.
