TL;DR

What you will do

  • Communicate with B2B clients via Front APP and assist in finding optimal business solutions.
  • Work with REST API to resolve integration-related requests.
  • Analyze situations and build logical problem-solving chains.
  • Maintain professionalism and calmness in challenging conversations.
  • Meet KPIs including fast response times and high customer satisfaction rates.

Requirements

  • English: B2+ level required (written and spoken)
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or client management.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Resilience and ability to remain friendly under pressure.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B service.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs.
  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing principles and market specifics.
