What you will do
- Manage, test, and optimize Meta ad campaigns to maximize performance.
- Plan and execute Meta performance strategies based on business goals.
- Collaborate with our Creative team to identify top-performing ad creatives and communication angles.
- Analyze customer and market data to support testing and scaling decisions.
- Take ownership of your campaigns—proactively reporting insights and results.
Requirements
- At least 1.5 years of hands-on Meta media buying experience
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, audience targeting, and creative testing.
- Experience in digital products and eCommerce (preferred).
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Northbeam, Hyros, or similar (preferred).
