What you will do

• Manage, test, and optimize Meta ad campaigns to maximize performance.
• Plan and execute Meta performance strategies based on business goals.
• Collaborate with our Creative team to identify top-performing ad creatives and communication angles.
• Analyze customer and market data to support testing and scaling decisions.
• Take ownership of your campaigns—proactively reporting insights and results.

Requirements

• At least 1.5 years of hands-on Meta media buying experience
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, audience targeting, and creative testing.
• Experience in digital products and eCommerce (preferred).
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Northbeam, Hyros, or similar (preferred).
