What you will do
- Manage, test, and optimize Google ad campaigns to maximize performance
- Plan and execute Google performance strategies based on business goals
- Collaborate with Creative team to identify top-performing ad creatives and communication angles
- Analyze customer and market data to support testing and scaling decisions
- Take ownership of campaigns with proactive reporting of insights and results
Requirements
- Must have at least 1.5 years of hands-on Google media buying experience
- Must be able to work within European time zones
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, audience targeting, and creative testing
- Experience in digital products and eCommerce preferred
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Northbeam or Hyros preferred
