What you will do

• Consult on SaaS solutions and support client configuration and implementation of trade credit and supply chain products
• Collaborate with product specialists, customer success managers, and project managers to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Support digital transformation initiatives to enhance client-facing and internal processes
• Participate in testing and provide technical training to client administrators
• Document projects and contribute to product enhancements and knowledge resources
• Leverage AI to improve efficiency and workflows

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Bratislava, Slovakia
• 0–3 years in a technical role, ideally with SaaS platforms
• Basic understanding of financial statements and banking/insurance instruments
• Experience with credit and supply chain risk screening solutions
• Knowledge of file transfer protocols, IT security, SaaS, and cloud services
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
