• Develop dashboards to monitor compliance and mobility trends.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure compliant relocation processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Law, or related field; Master’s or JD preferred.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in HR, compliance, or employment law.
• English business fluent; other languages like German and Spanish are favorable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Excel, SuccessFactors, and Power BI is favorable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
