What you will do
- Evaluate and troubleshoot complex configuration issues with and non- technologies.
- Mentor Level 1 and Level 2 product specialists and conduct internal training.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Services, Technical Support, Renewals, and Product Management teams.
- Perform deep dive analysis of customer environments and provide recommendations to improve platform adoption.
- Communicate with customers via chat, email, web conference, and phone to enable and coach on best practices.
- Contribute to projects improving key processes and establish expertise in non- technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent experience with 3+ years work experience.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (OpenStack, OpenShift, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Kubernetes) and server technologies.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and resolve complex technical issues.
- Obtain and maintain relevant industry certifications including certifications.
- Exceptional presentation and relationship-building skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to have
- Experience with DevOps toolchain applications (Ansible, Jenkins, Chef, Puppet).
- Knowledge of networking protocols and architectures (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, SSL, BGP).
- Familiarity with database design and SQL.
