What you will do

  • Leverage SRE experience to enhance infrastructure observability products for network monitoring.
  • Build visualizations to help users understand complex network observability data.
  • Utilize AI capabilities for anomaly detection and root cause analysis.
  • Drive architectural decisions and platform evolution aligned with product strategy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality software engineering practices.
  • Automate and optimize tooling and CI/CD processes.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or willing to work onsite in Gdańsk, Poland
  • 3+ years of SRE experience with network concepts and distributed systems.
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or other backend languages.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools like hirify.global, Datadog, Splunk, Grafana.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex technical concepts.
  • Experience defining SLOs and tracking SLIs for network reliability and performance.

Nice to have

  • Technical studies related to Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working closely with development teams to improve application delivery.
