• Maintain and transform e-commerce operations through data analysis
• Support web operations team competency development
• Handle operational activities including fraud prevention and payment reversals
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Logistics teams
• Analyze large datasets and produce structured analytical reports
• Identify and resolve gaps impacting business functional requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with strong digital and data affinity
• 3+ years experience in data-driven solutions, preferably in consumer marketing or e-commerce
• Strong Excel and technology skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with accountability for business performance
• Advanced English proficiency for regional and global communication
