What you will do
- Assist clients and solve problems through multiple communication channels
- Provide detailed information about company products
- Write and update help information for clients
- Document customer issues and collaborate with other employees to resolve them
- Monitor and respond to user requests on social networks and information platforms
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience in a similar role
- Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
- Experience in crypto projects such as crypto wallets or exchanges is mandatory
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, especially in chat
- Customer-oriented, self-motivated, and team player mindset
- Experience with Zendesk, Agorapulse, Appradar, Frontapp, Shopify, and social media platforms
