What you will do
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email ensuring timely resolutions
- Assist users with account access, platform navigation, payment queries, and KYC/verification
- Escalate technical issues internally using Zendesk
- Follow workflows and meet service-level expectations
- Collaborate with international teams across time zones
- Report recurring issues and provide user feedback to improve support
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset
- Attention to detail for KYC and payment issues
- Experience in customer support, fintech, crypto, or iGaming is a strong advantage
- Comfortable with CRM and ticketing systems like Zendesk
- Reliable internet and suitable remote work environment
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including evenings and weekends
