What you will do

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and foster a productive work environment in the Malaga hub.
• Serve as liaison between Malaga office and senior management to align projects and priorities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align local objectives with company strategies.
• Oversee onboarding, integration, and employee engagement in collaboration with HR.
• Analyze office performance metrics and contribute to growth strategy and operational improvements.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the hub’s value to the organization.

Requirements

• Location: Malaga, Spain
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in operational or project management roles in tech or product environments.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
