What you will do

• Develop and maintain the hirify.global Engine, a serverless platform for AI pipelines.
• Write Kubernetes operators, controllers, and schedulers to integrate with other platforms and services.
• Work within a Kubernetes environment to build scalable and reliable infrastructure.
• Collaborate on building observability stacks and metrics-based scheduling systems.
• Contribute to the design and development of high-scale systems supporting AI and big data pipelines.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Golang as the primary programming language.
• Deep familiarity with Kubernetes architecture and APIs/Clients.
• Experience designing and troubleshooting Kubernetes operators and admission controllers.
• Knowledge of serverless frameworks like Knative and Kserve is a strong plus.
• Experience with observability stacks and metrics-based scheduling.
• Experience designing and developing high-scale systems.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AI and big data pipelines and model development.
• Familiarity with Kafka messaging system.
• Experience with storage products and Container Storage Interface (CSI).
