• Plan, launch, optimize, and scale Sponsored Ads campaigns.
• Develop campaign strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide insights-driven recommendations.
• Report campaign outcomes and suggest optimization opportunities.
• Contribute to refining workflows and processes for campaign efficiency.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in online and performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Marketing Services, including DSP and SEO.
• Excellent Excel skills and analytical abilities.
• Fluent in Japanese and English.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts.
