What you will do

• Design and develop complex full-stack software solutions using Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, and APIs.
• Collaborate with business partners and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful technical solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge across the organization.
• Research and recommend frameworks and architectural patterns to improve system design.
• Advocate for operational excellence including unit testing, resiliency, and scalability.
• Apply systems thinking to optimize organizational efficiency and processes.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Seattle, Washington, United States
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years or Master's with 6+ years in software development or related field.
• Experience leading end-to-end design of complex multi-quarter projects.
• Proficiency in full-stack technologies including Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, and API development.
• Strong collaboration skills with business partners to deliver technical solutions.
• English: Proficient (B2 or higher)

• Experience with GraphQL, GRPC, and ReactJS.
• Formal mentoring and development of other engineers.
• Ability to communicate technology choices to technical and non-technical audiences.
