What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy web services and frontends, focusing on player experience.
• Deliver production-quality code and tools using C#/.NET and TypeScript/React.
• Provide technical guidance to teammates and product leadership.
• Participate in on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a software engineer with high-volume web services.
• Experience with high-scale, high-performance service and frontend development using C#, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or other object-oriented languages.
• Strong collaboration skills within a team environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with various web tech stacks and form factors.
• Experience with storage technologies such as MS SQL Server.
• Experience with data streaming technologies such as Kafka/RabbitMQ.
• Experience with “games as a service” online game development.
• Experience playing hirify.global games (Halo, Destiny, Destiny 2, Marathon).
