Salary: $166,500–$249,700 per year

What you will do

• Implement and enhance software systems for the main trading UI platform and backend microservices.
• Design and build data pipelines and infrastructure for user interaction ingestion and analytics.
• Develop scalable A/B testing frameworks with key metric monitoring and statistical analysis.
• Maintain and upgrade platform components including migration to .NET Core and new SQL Server versions.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and analysts to define success metrics and translate user needs into technical designs.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines using Docker and Kubernetes for fast deployment across environments.

Requirements

• Location: Must be a resident of CO, CA, IL, NY, WA, or Washington DC.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience with C#, .NET, Entity Framework, React, Angular, TypeScript, Node, Microsoft SQL Server, Git, AWS/S3 or similar cloud tools.
• At least 1 year experience with Kubernetes and microservices development.
• Experience with client-server architecture, localization, accessibility, modern testing methodologies, SaaS, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong data-driven approach to improve KPIs and performance optimization skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Airflow for data pipelines.
• Knowledge of statistical methods for A/B testing.
