What you will do
- Respond to support tickets from AI trainers across multiple channels
- Guide new trainers through onboarding and troubleshooting setup issues
- Handle questions about payments, scheduling, and platform navigation
- Escalate complex technical issues and maintain help documentation
- Track support metrics and communicate feedback to product and operations teams
- Work fixed schedules including night or weekend shifts to support global trainers
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in customer support, onboarding, or community management
- Excellent written communication skills and problem-solving ability
- Comfort with technology and ability to learn new tools quickly
- Ability to work fixed schedules including night or weekend shifts
- Patience and professionalism in challenging situations
Nice to have
- Experience supporting remote or distributed workforces
- Familiarity with support ticketing systems like Zendesk or Intercom
- Background in data annotation, AI/ML, or tech platforms
- Multilingual capabilities, especially Spanish or Portuguese
