What you will do

  • Respond to support tickets from AI trainers across multiple channels
  • Guide new trainers through onboarding and troubleshooting setup issues
  • Handle questions about payments, scheduling, and platform navigation
  • Escalate complex technical issues and maintain help documentation
  • Track support metrics and communicate feedback to product and operations teams
  • Work fixed schedules including night or weekend shifts to support global trainers

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in customer support, onboarding, or community management
  • Excellent written communication skills and problem-solving ability
  • Comfort with technology and ability to learn new tools quickly
  • Ability to work fixed schedules including night or weekend shifts
  • Patience and professionalism in challenging situations

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting remote or distributed workforces
  • Familiarity with support ticketing systems like Zendesk or Intercom
  • Background in data annotation, AI/ML, or tech platforms
  • Multilingual capabilities, especially Spanish or Portuguese
  • Experience creating help documentation or training materials
