Location: Must live within a commuting distance of our offices in Barcelona or Chiavari, requiring 3 days in the office per week.

Salary: €42,000 - €70,000 EUR

What you will do

• Support the sales journey by identifying growth opportunities and building technical relationships with key accounts.
• Drive professional services by designing and delivering custom solutions that improve customer performance workflows.
• Innovate and prototype by using customer feedback to build rapid prototypes and testing new features.
• Educate and empower customers and internal sales teams with customer-facing content and training.

Requirements

• Human performance expert with hands-on experience in high-performance workflows in professional sports.
• Technical consultant experienced in pre-sales consulting and professional services within a SaaS environment.
• Strategic collaborator with the ability to win trust and influence stakeholders across disciplines.
• Data fluent with a solid understanding of foundational sales metrics.
• Proficient with hirify.global products, specifically WIMU, Sportscode, and Wyscout.
• Languages: Fluent in English, Italian, and French

Nice to have

• Multilingual skills beyond the required languages.
• B2B SaaS background with experience scaling processes and driving user adoption.
• Global perspective with experience working with international sports organizations.
