What you will do

• Lead efforts to measure real-world safety impacts of AI products
• Develop and implement statistical methods to operationalize safety metrics
• Define and track feature-, product-, and company-level safety metrics
• Create dashboards and tools for safety-related data insights
• Collaborate with researchers and engineers to advance AI safety goals
• Provide direction and coordination for safety data projects

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to the United States
• 5+ years in quantitative roles with leadership experience
• Expertise in defining and operationalizing metrics
• Strong communication skills across teams and leadership
• Strategic insights beyond traditional statistical testing

Nice to have

• Experience in trust and safety, anti-abuse, or related fields
• Background in NLP, large language models, or generative AI
• Strong statistical knowledge including causal analysis and regression
