Salary: $255K – $405K + Equity

What you will do

• Become an expert in hirify.global’s data and systems, partnering with Data Engineering and Finance teams.
• Scale causal inference models to measure impact on user growth and financial outcomes.
• Architect customer segmentation frameworks to unlock tailored growth strategies.
• Automate reporting and analysis by building data products or agentic solutions.
• Support product pricing and business decisions with ad hoc analysis.
• Design and deliver dashboards for leadership to track key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or relocate to San Francisco, USA
• MS or PhD in a quantitative field with 7+ years experience in quantitative roles.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau, and strong analytical skills with large data sets.
• Ability to independently lead projects end-to-end and communicate insights effectively.
• Experience with predictive modeling and causal inference.
