- Partner with Sales to lead technical discovery and solution design.
- Architect solutions that align with customer goals.
- Develop frameworks for demos and implementation design.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on roadmap priorities.
- Build technical enablement materials for pre-sales execution.
- Serve as hirify.global’s technical voice in enterprise deals.
Requirements
- Experience in solutions architecture or sales engineering at a high-growth startup.
- Deep understanding of technical architectures, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong consultative selling skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts simply.
- Builder mindset with a focus on scalable processes.
- Bonus: experience with AI platforms or enterprise integrations.
