Solutions Architect (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; on-site only and not eligible for remote work

Annual compensation: $181,000–$246,500 USD, including base salary and target commissions or bonuses for sales roles. Equity is offered.

What you will do

• Partner with Sales to lead technical discovery, solution design, and customer evaluation cycles.
• Architect solutions aligned with customer goals, technical constraints, APIs, integrations, data flows, and cloud infrastructure.
• Develop repeatable frameworks for demos, proofs-of-value, and implementation design.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities and strengthen technical narratives.
• Build technical enablement materials for pre-sales execution.
• Serve as the technical voice in key enterprise deals and build customer trust through depth and clarity.

Requirements

• Experience in solutions architecture or sales engineering at a high-growth startup.
• Deep understanding of technical architectures, APIs, integrations, data flows, and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to connect product capabilities to customer pain points and ROI.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to engineering and executive audiences.
• Builder mindset with experience creating scalable processes, proofs-of-concept, and reusable frameworks.
• Strong English communication skills are required; applications must be submitted in English.
