What you will do

• Build and maintain products and platforms on cutting-edge voice AI models.
• Own end-to-end feature development across frontend and backend stacks.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Growth, and Sales teams to solve key customer and internal problems.
• Scope and develop new proof-of-concept products with potential market impact.
• Enhance existing products with UX improvements and integrations.
• Maintain and scale internal infrastructure to ensure performance and security.
• Manage and process large datasets to support next-generation voice models.

Requirements
