Focus on designing agent collaboration, selecting models, and pushing the limits of AI agent capabilities in real products.

What you will do

• Add new agent skills and tools.
• Improve agent reasoning, orchestration, and efficiency.
• Design how multiple agents collaborate and select appropriate models.
• Push the limits of what agents can reliably do in real products.
• Analyze agent behavior and performance to ensure helpfulness, safety, and reliability.
• Build evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, and experimentation pipelines.

Requirements

• Strong engineering fundamentals (backend, frontend, or full-stack).
• Ability to build high-quality production systems.
• Deep curiosity about how AI systems behave and improve.
• Experience with LLMs or AI systems in production is a plus.
• Experience shipping ML or AI features to real users with uptime requirements.
• English: C1+ required for company communication.

Nice to have

• Built AI agents yourself (side projects count).
• Worked with LLMs or AI systems in production.
• Strong opinions on safety, latency, and helpfulness, but open to testing and learning.
