What you will do

• Drive development and re-architecture of enterprise products within a specialized tiger-team to boost velocity.
• Develop and redeploy solutions primarily using C#, SQL Server, and React.
• Integrate and leverage advanced AI tooling (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate the SDLC.
• Upskill existing product teams and hand over new codebases and development practices.
• Contribute to the definition of next-generation AI-enhanced software development processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a senior software engineering role.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Fullstack C#, T-SQL, and React.
• Proven ability to design and deliver complex enterprise projects end-to-end.
• Experience writing automated integration tests, preferably in BDD style.
• Practical experience using latest AI technologies to accelerate development.
• Must be based in the UK

Nice to have

• Familiarity with writing enterprise Java applications.
• Previous experience in a Team Lead role.
• Knowledge of DevOps pipelines, specifically GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
• Experience implementing AI solutions in an enterprise environment.
