What you will do
- Own and execute the CRM roadmap for subscriptions, newsletters, and targeted communications aligned with company goals
- Design and optimize segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies across the customer journey
- Plan and deliver lifecycle campaigns end to end including concept, creation, QA, launch, and reporting
- Lead promotional and triggered campaigns ensuring relevance and performance optimization
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase customer lifetime value and retention
- Collaborate with marketing, tech, and data teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Experiment with AI-driven personalization and scale proven solutions into core CRM processes
- Track and improve performance through KPI dashboards, A/B testing, and data insights
Requirements
- At least 4 years of product management experience, ideally in CRM, subscriptions, or lifecycle marketing
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, email deliverability, and subscription mechanics
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, customer segmentation, and campaign personalization
- Proven track record in designing upsell and cross-sell initiatives that drive retention and growth
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to turn data into actionable strategies
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, tech, and data teams
- Fluency in English
- Experience with HTML and SQL
