What you will do

  • Own and execute the CRM roadmap for subscriptions, newsletters, and targeted communications aligned with company goals
  • Design and optimize segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies across the customer journey
  • Plan and deliver lifecycle campaigns end to end including concept, creation, QA, launch, and reporting
  • Lead promotional and triggered campaigns ensuring relevance and performance optimization
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase customer lifetime value and retention
  • Collaborate with marketing, tech, and data teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Experiment with AI-driven personalization and scale proven solutions into core CRM processes
  • Track and improve performance through KPI dashboards, A/B testing, and data insights

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of product management experience, ideally in CRM, subscriptions, or lifecycle marketing
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, email deliverability, and subscription mechanics
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, customer segmentation, and campaign personalization
  • Proven track record in designing upsell and cross-sell initiatives that drive retention and growth
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to turn data into actionable strategies
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, tech, and data teams
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience with HTML and SQL
