TL;DR

Product Owner: Leading the development and lifecycle management of hirify.global Portal, Verkkopalkka, and eLiksa with an accent on defining product vision, managing backlogs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Focus on delivering innovative solutions that meet customer needs, monitoring product performance, and coordinating app store releases.

Location: Hybrid, with a possibility to work from any hirify.global location (4 weeks per year, EU only).

What you will do

  • Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for multiple products.
  • Manage and prioritize product backlogs.
  • Act as the main liaison between stakeholders and development teams.
  • Organize demos, training sessions, and stakeholder communications.
  • Monitor product performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate app store releases and ensure compliance, supporting invoicing and reporting processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in agile product development and backlog management as a Product Owner / Product Manager.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple products and stakeholder relationships.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with app store management and SaaS environments.
