Senior Product Manager (Fintech): Taking full end-to-end ownership of the Electronic Cash Register solution "Genius" and the loyalty platform "COMO" for the German market with an accent on product strategy, lifecycle management, and go-to-market initiatives. Focus on defining and driving product strategy, managing the complete product lifecycle, and ensuring the commercial success of both products in close collaboration with partners, merchants, and internal stakeholders.

What you will do

  • Define and maintain product strategies and roadmaps for Genius (ECR) and COMO (loyalty) in Germany.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of Genius and COMO from ideation to end-of-life.
  • Plan and execute product launches, updates, and campaigns for Genius and COMO.
  • Ensure all releases comply with regulatory and security requirements and meet internal quality standards.
  • Act as product ambassador for Genius and COMO, representing them internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with various departments including Compliance, Risk, Legal, Finance, and Customer Support.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in Product Management or Business Development for POS/ECR, ideally with loyalty platforms.
  • Proven success in launching and scaling cash registers in the German market.
  • Solid knowledge of retail processes, ECR integrations, and loyalty systems.
  • Familiarity with regulations such as KassenSichV, BAIT/MaRisk, PCI DSS, and DORA.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to build business cases.
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

  • Experience with payment acceptance / Merchant Acquiring (card acquiring, SoftPOS, terminals).
  • Knowledge of data analytics and customer insight tools to support loyalty strategies.
