What you will do

• Lead daily stand-ups and team meetings, evaluate team performance, assign tasks, and foster team cohesion.
• Collaborate with product managers to create market-driven solutions adhering to security and compliance standards.
• Engage with key stakeholders to align requirements with technical efforts and facilitate communication.
• Identify and rectify workflow inefficiencies, devising enhancement strategies.
• Investigate root causes of platform incidents to prioritize resolution and prevent future system problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years with incident management and second-level support.
• 2+ years leading technical teams in a business analysis or similar environment.
• Experience within the IT and banking sectors.
• Expertise in Web & Mobile, Static Data, and/or Rebalancing.
• Experienced in SQL.
• Understanding of compliance and security standards in the financial sector.

Nice to have

• PL/SQL or hirify.global Script experience.
