What you will do
- Manage sales activities and propose new products to existing major food and beverage clients.
- Build and maintain effective client relationships and execute customer development plans including forecasting and budgeting.
- Negotiate pricing, manage rebates, and oversee project management.
- Identify hidden client needs to develop new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth information flow and strong relationships.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Tokyo, Japan
- Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience; experience in flavor or food industry preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- University-level English proficiency with willingness to improve.
- Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
