Sales Specialist - Workflows (FICC/Equity Sales & Trading)

Location: Hybrid in Tokyo, Japan (4 days in office, 1 day remote)

What you will do

• Propose data & analytics solutions to FICC & Equity Sales & Trading businesses.
• Understand client workflows and challenges, conduct demos, and close deals.
• Collaborate with relationship managers, customer support, marketing, and inside sales teams.
• Focus on creating and closing new business opportunities with existing clients.
• Propose cutting-edge business trends and technologies that benefit client workflows.
• Contribute as a project owner to workflow proposals to help clients grow top-line revenue.

Requirements

• Wholesale experience at a financial Data & Analytics provider or financial institution (approximately 2 years or more).
• A solution-based sales approach and strong closing skills.
• Understanding of Sales & Trading business in at least one of the following areas: foreign exchange, bonds, interest rates, or equities.
• Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English required.
