What you will do

• Build, scale, and manage multiple high-performing software engineering teams across global locations and time zones
• Attract, guide, and nurture exceptional engineering talent while fostering diverse, inclusive, and high-performing teams
• Drive engineering strategy, architecture reviews, and technical design sessions aligned with business goals
• Apply AI-powered development tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency

• Mentor engineers and establish engineering standards and KPIs for quality and delivery velocity

Requirements

• Location: London, United Kingdom
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience building and scaling distributed global engineering teams and production-grade systems
• Deep expertise in cloud-native architecture, microservices, and secure software design
• Proficiency with AWS/GCP/Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and modern web technologies
• Demonstrated proficiency in AI concepts and implementation of AI-powered solutions
• English: B2 or higher proficiency required
