What you will do

• Develop dashboards to track KPIs and automate manual workflows and reports
• Write SQL scripts and architect ELT dataflows supporting data pipelines
• Consult on data collection, validation, and analysis processes
• Serve as subject matter expert on PMIS tools like e-Builder, Procore, and Primavera
• Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to identify data opportunities and propose solutions
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and drive projects to completion

Requirements

• Must have 3-5 years experience with construction PMIS tools (e-Builder, Procore, Unifier, Primavera P6)
• Proficiency in Tableau and/or Power BI and SQL
• Experience with project control systems and data analysis problem-solving
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work remotely within the U.S. and collaborate across teams

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise system integrations and construction industry business processes
• Proficiency in Python, Jupyter Notebooks, VSCode, or DataBricks
• Mentoring junior analysts and leading client engagements
