What you will do

• Design, build, and own support-facing tools for case triage, routing, and expert engagement integrated with incident and change management.
• Develop AI-powered assistants and automations to accelerate root-cause discovery and improve resolution quality.
• Create dashboards, alerts, and observability integrations to reduce mean time to recovery (MTTR).
• Build self-service diagnostics empowering support teams to resolve common issues and gather escalation context.
• Codify reliability and support practices into APIs and Kubernetes-native controllers/operators.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership and stakeholders to prioritize roadmap and measure impact.
• Participate in on-call rotation for owned tooling.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. person or eligible to access export controlled information as defined by U.S. government regulations.
• 4+ years of software or infrastructure engineering experience with production services.
• Proficiency in Go or Python and strong Linux, containers, and Kubernetes skills.
• Experience with observability tools and incident management practices.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams including Support, Product, and SRE.

Nice to have

• Experience with support/operations tooling integration and automation.
• Familiarity with AI/ML tooling for retrieval, summarization, or copilot assistance.
• Experience codifying operational practices into Kubernetes controllers or platform services.
