What you will do

• Lead and manage the QA process across all game systems and development phases.
• Coordinate and mentor QA student testers and part-time contributors.
• Build structured test plans and regression strategies for new features and updates.
• Track and document issues clearly and efficiently in internal QA tools.
• Communicate quality risks and priorities to the development and production teams.
• Continuously improve QA workflows, tools, and communication channels.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Clear and concise communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine 5 or strong motivation to learn it.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Jira.
• Passion for survival, RPG, or city-building games.
• Ability to work on-site in Munich and collaborate closely with the core dev team.
