What you will do

• Collaborate with customers and teammates to define and deliver product functionality.

• Act as Customer 0 by using hirify.global internally to inform product development.
• Maintain a technical mindset and focus on engineering quality and maintainability.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work remotely from US or EU.
• Experience in product decision-making and team leadership.
• Knowledge of SaaS product monetization and subscription pricing.
• Technical understanding of developer tools, especially frontend JS/TS ecosystems.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Customer-obsessed mindset with ability to solve real user problems.
