What you will do

• Identify and document customer and stakeholder needs aligned with business objectives.
• Create detailed user stories and define acceptance criteria for digital solutions.
• Engage with Legal, Risk, and Compliance to ensure regulatory adherence and risk mitigation.
• Conduct business acceptance testing to validate product functionality before deployment.
• Develop and implement rollout strategies for new products or features.
• Analyze customer data and feedback to inform future improvements and decisions.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States or able to work onsite in Fidelity offices on a hybrid schedule.
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of business analysis experience or Master's with 6+ years.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with digital user experience and ability to synthesize complex problems into actionable insights.
• Comfortable adapting to ambiguity and shifting priorities.
