What you will do
- Identify and document customer and stakeholder needs aligned with business objectives.
- Create detailed user stories and define acceptance criteria for digital solutions.
- Engage with Legal, Risk, and Compliance to ensure regulatory adherence and risk mitigation.
- Conduct business acceptance testing to validate product functionality before deployment.
- Develop and implement rollout strategies for new products or features.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to inform future improvements and decisions.
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States or able to work onsite in Fidelity offices on a hybrid schedule.
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of business analysis experience or Master's with 6+ years.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with digital user experience and ability to synthesize complex problems into actionable insights.
- Comfortable adapting to ambiguity and shifting priorities.
