Salary: $138,400 - $203,500 annual base salary in USD.

What you will do

• Maintain a deep understanding of the public sector, competitive technology, and partner landscapes.
• Shape the product roadmap, prioritizing capabilities and partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with AI Research, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams for product delivery and market adoption.
• Engage with internal and external senior executives and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with partners to identify strategic alignment and deliver customer outcomes.
• Leverage AI tools and implement reporting and metrics improvements within the product management lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on serving public sector customers.
• 5+ years of experience working within or alongside public sector organizations, preferably within defence.
• Proven track record of contributing to and executing successful business strategies in an AI, technology-driven, and/or partner-first environment.
• Strong experience communicating with, presenting to, and engaging with senior executives and managing key stakeholder relationships.
• Must be willing and able to periodically travel to in-person customer meetings.

Nice to have

• Preference for candidate to be based in Europe and possess additional fluencies (French, German, Spanish, Italian).
