What you will do

• Maintain a deep understanding of the public sector, competitive technology, and partner landscapes.
• Actively contribute to shaping the product roadmap and prioritizing capabilities based on customer feedback and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with AI Research, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Engage with internal and external senior executives and key stakeholders to understand requirements and drive alignment.
• Collaborate with partners to build expertise and identify strategic alignment areas.
• Leverage AI tools and implement reporting and metrics improvements to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on serving public sector customers.
• 5+ years of experience working within or alongside public sector organizations, preferably within defence.
• Proven track record of contributing to and executing successful business strategies in an AI, technology-driven, and/or partner-first environment.
• Strong experience communicating with, presenting to, and engaging with senior executives and managing key stakeholder relationships.
• Must be willing and able to periodically travel to in-person customer meetings.
• English: B2 required.

• Preference for candidate to be based in Europe.
• Possess additional fluencies (French, German, Spanish, Italian).
• Experience building products in tandem with or integrated into other technology partners.
